The Roost was developed and is managed by Neighborhood Restaurant Group, a team of passionate local dining and drinking professionals with a deep love for the people, places and flavors that make this city special.
Our vision was never simply to build another food hall. We wanted to create a place that felt genuinely connected to its neighborhood: a place where great chefs and independent businesses could shine, where locals could discover something new, and where the community could gather around good food and good drinks.
The result is an eclectic, energetic collection of some of the area's most exciting culinary talent, from familiar favorites to new discoveries. It is a place with plenty of options but a real sense of personality: a place that can be whatever you need it to be on any given day.
