This 100 proof, 10 year and 1 day aged Bourbon proves no exception. We picked this on the same day as our other barrel. It’s the slightly spicier barrel of the two, with notes of allspice and burnt orange peel, opening up to vanilla custard and orange blossom, followed with a warming spice and aged tobacco finish. Rare is the single barrel ten year bourbon under $80/btl, but here we are.
